13 High Street is a large and unique site in the heart of Poole Old Town for redevelopment including existing listed buildings and the oldest building in Poole to create affordable housing. The mixed use scheme offers 40 apartments and over 400m2 of community and commercial space for the community to utilise. Shore Architecture gained planning permission for this scheme and are currently completing the technical design.
